She came ahead of the storm, as was customary.

 

An otherworldly stranger arrives in town, just ahead of the worst storm the area has seen in decades. It soon becomes clear that she knows everyone’s secrets and that she has an agenda.

 

To some, she is an angel, bringing aid and comfort.

To others, she is the spirit of vengeance.

 

In the wake of the storm, will anyone or anything ever be the same?
